Rear garden room extension

Roger and Sarah aspired to a garden room extension that would punch above the design of their existing house.  The new space was to provide big views to the well composed garden as well as year-round thermal comfort.

Exposed brick walls, oak beamed ceiling and bespoke built-in furniture create a characterful, textured interior. Large overhanging eaves protect the brickwork whilst providing useful solar shading.
